Step 1

Schedule a call to determine if what Anchored Hearts offers is a good fit for you. During this call we will discuss what you are hoping to gain from therapy, what services we offer, pricing for services, and our optional membership plan. These calls are limited to those who are eager to begin this process, and are willing to put in the active effort needed to see real change in ones life. Step 2

Schedule your initial appointment. This would be either an individual session or couples session. Prior to you initial appointment, you will have resources that will need to be complete- this will be further explained in the intro call and in your onboarding paperwork.

Step 3

Begin your journey to developing healthy, safe, secure relationships! This will be reached through a combination of therapy sessions, virtual trainings, support groups, and hands on guidance/support from Taylor
