Therapy
Do you keep finding yourself in relationships where you feel insecure and unhappy?
Are you currently in a relationship that continues to have the same disconnecting fights?
Have you found yourself questioning if you’re just better off alone?
If so, you have come to the right place.
Hi, my name is Taylor! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specially trained in Relationship Theory, a therapy model specifically designed to help people find and keep relationships that thrive. This direct and results-driven model focuses on building relationships that feel safe, are secure, and offer a deep connection between partners. Along with my professional training and certification, I have applied this model in my personal life, and can personally testify to its effectiveness.
Together, we will use your past experiences to uncover the root causes and underlying reasons why you struggle in relationships. I will help guide you through the steps to cultivate healthy partnerships, where you and your partner can be your authentic selves. This vulnerability creates a deep connection, understanding, and love. At the end of the day, we all deserve to feel safe, secure, and loved - it's what our brains are wired for.
Our interpersonal relationships are the biggest predictor of overall happiness and life satisfaction, and they have a drastic impact on our overall mental health. I will prioritize teaching you the knowledge and skills you will need for a lifetime of connection and love. You do not have to settle for lackluster, unfulfilling, or unsafe relationships. You are not the one person incapable of having a loving, lasting relationship. You do not have to continue to struggle, and you are not alone.
